LMG Broker Services Pty Ltd is our aggregator and licensing framework provider. By signing our onboarding documentation, you consent to PLBSP Pty Ltd trading as ESP Finance and Property, our individual brokers, and our aggregator LMG Broker Services Pty Ltd collecting, holding, and utilising your information to:

• Assess your financial position and identity verification requirements.
• Prepare loan applications and present options from our credit provider panel.
• Communicate with lenders, credit reporting bodies, insurers, and legal representatives on your behalf.
• Manage internal administrative actions, compliance updates, and audit requests from LMG Broker Services Pty Ltd.

Your information will only be disclosed to third-party lenders and service entities explicitly linked to securing your credit facility. You have the right to access your stored data and request corrections by contacting us directly.
